To apply to lease a Boones Creek Village property, please fill out a Rental Application (paper or online), Employment Verification, and a Rental Verification. Each adult applicant must fill out a separate form, although married couples may use the same Rental Application. Please review our pet policy if a pet will be living with you. The application fee is $35 per adult. We also require a $100 application deposit to hold the unit. The application deposit will apply towards your first month’s rent if your application is accepted, or refunded to you if your application is denied.
